Because the mobile devices get connection from the nearest mobile base station from where you are, there might be network communication problems when you are moving by vehicle. In this case, please stop the vehicle and try it again. |

Above results are measured base on the office (fixed place). The result might be different depends on the mobile base station or while moving. Also, it might be much slower on the mobile device which does not use 3G network.

When mobile JungUm Global stops working, get slow or doesn't respond,you can solve the problem through one of the following solutions.
1) Close unnecessary program.

Select program to close and then select Stop.

2) Store large size of file or important data into the external memory card separately.

I want to know mobile JungUm Global installation environment. |

Mobile JungUm Global supports Windows Mobile 5.0 and 6.0. Since we focused on supporting newly released Smartphone, the lower level, Window Mobile 2003 SE is not supported at the moment. However, we plan to provide extra support after understanding demand of users. For reference, the devices on the test at the moment are SGH-i607, i617, i780.
* If anyone who has lower version than Windows 2003 SE and wants to use Mobile JungUm Global, please write on the bulletin board. |
