| I can't find Area Hangul document when I click [Menu] - [File] - [Open]. |

| When I click [Menu] - [File] - [Open] to open Hangul document, I can't find my saved file. <BR><BR>If I work with JungUm Global and save as Hangul format then I can see that file.<BR><BR>But created Hangul file from computer does not display on the JungUm Mobile which is so uncomfortable to use.<BR><BR>If I can open the Hangul file with JungUm Global that would be much better to use this good program. |

First of all, we are appreciate for interesting in our JungUm Global mobile program.
We are collecting the many different kind of Hangul document to test open the document in JungUm Global mobile program. However, it seems like we have missed specific type of Hangul document such as yours.
Please send us the document for analyzing the accuracy problems if you can send it to us. If you can't send it to us for your privacy, please let us know what version of Hangul program you have used to create the document. Then that might help us to find the problem. You can find the version by clicking [Menu] - [Version].
